IFB WASHING MACHINE
DEfective Washing Machine supplied

I had purcahased a Washing Machine from IFB on 27/04 from dealers in Dhanbad. From the date of purchase the machine is not functioning properly because the machine is defective but the Company has not taken any step to change the machine they repaired it upto the expiry of Warranty period and after the expiry of Warrany period on 27/04 the machine has become permanently out of order and company is not taken any step/iniative for this defective machine.
