I have send an on dated 11-5-11 email to ifb before this complaint. I have got a call from IFb & had a words to miss Gitanjali that she will help me do the needful as soon as possible but till now i donot have any positive response from your side if u will not take an positive action till monday or tuesday i will apporach to consumer court against your company.
