I bought a washing machine on 7Mar'2010. In the demo dated 8Mar'10, it was found that machine is defective and lodge a complaint to replace the machine (complaint no 4229497). Company responsible person assured us to replace the machine with in 3 days but after continues follow up with Replacement Dept, Dealer and Area Sales Manager till today (4 april'10) no action has been taken. Now Looking for quick action to replace the machine and strict action for these kind of cases.
