Ifb, washing machine senorita dx
No action taken against damage

Sir,

My IFB washing machine is not in working condition since 25th feb'2010.I have already filed a complaint against the same but no action has been taken to repair the damage till date. I am regularly following MR.YOGRAJ (Sr. executive) and the customer care center but no response have been received.

Kindly look forward to my complaint and take necessary steps.
