We are suffering with a Spare part availability for last 14ays fo my IFB washing machine... only god knows when the part will be available. Fail to understand howcome in a technologically advanced wrold when info is available at a click howcome IFB doesnt knows about its own system.

Even worse is the service franchisee: SM ENTERPRISES and its owner MR. Agarwal 9811869269 who is sooooo soooo rude to talk and arrogant. I DONT KNOW WHY IFB HIRES SUCH FRANCISES AND OUTSOURCES IT TO SO INEFFICIENT PEOPLE.
Not too sure when i will get a resolution and just living in HOPE... FAIL TO UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HAPPENS ONLY IN INDIA.
