IFB WASHING MEACHINE

I registered a complaint about the IFB washing machine on 24 june in your site but till now i did'nt get any call from any one regarding this matter. we don't know what to do please tell us . we are running a children home we need the washing machine because they all school going children, if this is not able to rectify please tell us so that we can purchased other company product.
