I have purchased a top loading washingmeachine, make IFB model AW60-8062 (Sr. No.111000596) fully automatic washing meachine Dt19-01 at G.V.Audio Vision, Erode. After three washes the meachine makes ubnormalsound in the 'Spin and Rinse' mode. I have complaint to IFB customer care my complaint No.8363942 / 27 Feb. The Service Person was Came and attend the complaint and he told the 'Washing Drum Problem' replace the drum. I informed Customer Care And they told me send drum as quick as Possible, but still Iam not receive any messages from company. I think I lost my money (Invest the failiure model washing meachine from branded IFB company)
