IFB Wasing Machine
Not getting repaired

Sir,

i got my IFB washing machine repaired from Dhanu service on 19 Aug. I paid Rs 4360/- for the same. However next day when I used my washig machine I noticed that the machine wasn't repared properly as it was not spinning and rinsing. I called up the service center. They promised me to send the technician, who hasn't reached till date. The phone no given to me is also not replying. My husband is a serving Army Officer and I myself is an ex army officer. The attitude of the service center is highly irreponsible and un proffessional.
