Unfix fees and commitment

PC-Next course from iijt thane sep2008 and they have charged 55000 for this course but when classes were started i have seen that many students have of my batch have paid only 420000 there is no fix fee structure. Students are more and labs are less and administrative staff is also very poor no net facility this institute only takes afees after that they forget the student...
