I had purchased last year winters a Fan Heater of Inalsa. I may have used it only for less than a month and it stopped working. I went to the shop from where I had purchased, they gave me Service Centre numbers (3 numbers). I tried and tried but could not get through. This year as winters were too cold in Noida. I tried those number again and fortunately I was able to log in complaint 2829. The person turned up the day after and was trying to open the fan heater. He broke one of the screw panel and when I asked him, he said nothing is wrong and did something inside. It was working but not with the heat regulator. When I told the person, he said it is a thermostat which will work after being used for 30 minutes. Soon that person left and the fan heater stopped producing heat. Instantly I contacted service centre and asked for supervisor. Mr. Anuj Sinha answered very politely that the person will be coming back soon. The same person Jitendra arrived and apologized for breaking the panel and said that he will return next day and rectify the fan heater. He also had discussion with Mr. Anuj Sinha. No one has turned up till date though initial complaint lodged was on 11-Jan or 12-Jan.
I went for brand name and got poorest quality material with no service. I request to ban these kind of thug companies.
