INALSA / Vacuum Cleaner
FAULT not so, ved even after 45 days of complaint

I bought a vacuum cleaner of INALSA from Kapila Electronics Pvt Ltd Shop 1B/6 community Center.

B-Bloc, super bazar market

Janak Puri - 58,

With 1 year onsite warranty.

but after few months it stopped working. i logged a complaint to INALSA customer care.

complaint no. 51045.

After Repeated complaint they took the vacuum cleaner.

and after 1.5 months they returned the vacuum cleaner without solving the previous problem saying unavailability of part.

and also introduced some more faults in it.

The dealer from where i bought the product is also not responding.
