Phone issue

I had purchase htc wildfire s on 13-01.in my cell phone a problem were occured the screen touch was not working and i given the cell phone to the service centre.after 24 day my phone return from the service centre.but in my phone there is a same problem company doesn't repair my phone.again i took the phone to the service centre.what can i do when my phone came into my hand properly
