Not responding to replace damag unit

I had purchased an split AC of LG product in jan Now PCB is not working Last20 days i am following customer care of lg nagpur they are giving flip flop answer, intially they told me it will be replace within two days, after some days they said to me it is not availble in pune, demanding from noida . today dealer told me that your model is outdated company cannot supply spare after 5 years my city is bhandara NAGPUR region maharastra dealer is mahalaxmi electronics Bhandara complaint no 52707671
