HANGING PROBLEM

I bought phone 10 months ago. Its started troubling just after 2 months of purchasing. NOKIA CARE told me to use phone without memory card. I did so, but still it not ok. Since last month I have send this phone for repairing to NOKIA CARE 4 times. and it is still not ok.
