HOPELESS SERVICES and MISBEHAVIOUR OF EXECUTIVES

I am Zohebkhan Bargir. This is to bring to your notice about the indiscipline and misbehaviour at the NOKIA CARE CENTRE at Shankersheth Road. PUNE. This is about my mobile E71. Inspite of purchasing such a costly mobile the problem arises and on top of that it is not even responded in a gentlemans ways. On 30th of December I went to the NCC. PUNE. Wasted long four hours and get the handset gtting a answer that the problem is resolved. The Problem still exists. Next day i go again and same procedure starts. Then they collect the handset and say it will be send to Head Office at NODIA. FINE. I request for a stand by if possible. They make sure, they will provide. After some time they reply, it is not possible today come tomorrow. On the every fist day of 2010 I visit NCC again for the standby. They is no branch manager present there. The lady whom i submitted the handset sys smiling that the centre is close for the day in venue of New Year. The holiday is not pre planned but at immediate effects. I come back again. On Monday 4.1.2010 I visit tha NCC again and the same lady ask me to speak to the Branch Manager. Its 11.00 a.m. and the BM has not come to the centre still. FINE. NONE OF MY BUSINESS. trying his mobile for atleast 45 minutes the reply i get is a number buy tone. Nothing Else.{ Mr. Santosh tell me please want you do to your handset that we can get such reply. I will to use the same when i have to Ignore PEOPLE.}. Then the lady answer she cannot help please speak atthe despatch counter. The person replies same. Then I ask for MR. YOAGESH SHARMA's no. They dont provide the same. Then a person interrupts and ask the despatch person t give a standby. The standby comes and the whole procedure of taking acknowleghemnet is completed and after this the mart person hand me a handset with broken back cover and ask me to use it with a rubber band. I straight ask was my receipt back and tell them I dont want their standby favour. Then I ask the person to write cancelled next to the standby stamp. The person writes what god know. I Ask him write it clearly. The person scribble the thing and write something more interesting and answer this the best i canm do. I cannot spell more correctly than this. According to that poor guy the spelling for cancel is CANSENL . If you what the paper still belongs to me.

Please do something guys, the cxompany such a great rapo, does not suit with such un professional service and such un educated and indisplinced executives working for them. A person have to come to you atleaast five times and each time has to wait for 2-3 hours minimum. This is not done. Dont force the crowd to divert their minds from you to somebody else only because to your AFTER SALES SERVICE.
