I purchased one .75 ton ac voltas vertis plus make in year 2008 . since that time my ac is not working properly . it is having cooling problem from the date of purchase. reply to complaint takes place after month .last year on 26 june (complaint no 09JU293144) i made complaint but replied very slowly after a month. Even last month april 10 (complaint no 10AP1002236) i made complaint but no body came to me . again i made complaint on 18 may (no 10MY1801929) engineer came for servive and checking but same problem is there . i purchased this ac due to brand name but its service is very poor . kindly forward my request to concerned department so that my problem can get solved as soon as posible
