Order has not been shipped after 8 days

I placed my order on 14 April. It has been 8 days and status is still ReadyToShip. can you please ship it? my order number is 1404100680. I have also raised a complaint regarding this on april -21 (CNT12193598353907). but they have not even responded to it in last 3 days. very unprofessional behavior by company. no-one should buy stuff from this portal.
