I have registered a ticket (CNT1411110451) for the order no IN0911111633. I purchased an Nikon Coolpix L110 thru Indiaplaza and received the same from NR Computech (Invoice no RIN1126315).
I tried to register this product in the website www.nikon.co.in website and typed the serial no : 30411312 as mentioned on the Camera. However its says that it is an invalid serial no.
I logged a compliant ticket (CNT1411110451) with india plaza on Nov 14 and till date i do not have a answer for this. I was told that the original Invoice will be sent to me in 2 days and that 2 days on india plaza is still not come. today is Dec 19. I was told that the courier will be sent and will be reached by Dec 4 but I have not received then I called up again and was told that am softcopy is being sent and today is Dec 19 I have still not received.
Today I called you call center again and understood that the ticket closed.
Can you explain to me how can you close a ticket when the issue is not resolved and without taking the feedback from the customer.
AS I CANNOT REGISTER THE CAMERA IS THE NIKON WEBSITE I FEVER THIS IS NOT A GENUINE CAMERA FROM NIKON.
REQUEST YOU TO LOOK INTO THIS ELSE WILL HAVE TO BE FORCED TO GO TO THE CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS.
