Indiaplaza - Thoroughly UNPROFESSIONAL and UN-cooperative!!
I placed an order for a mobile phone online at Indiaplaza.com and paid in full (INR 25, 110) on June 06. Their partners MobileStore.in shipped the product on June 09. On June 11 I received a letter along with the consigment slip and order invoice from the courier Blue Dart asking for way bill so they can release the product from the airport customs authority.
Now, I'm not a dealer with Sales Tax Registration. So where do I produce a way bill from. I purchased the phone for personal use and NOT to resell it. Why do I have to go thru all these hassles to get the phone delivered to my doorstep I paid in full for?
Moreover, as noted above, I paid INR 25, 110 and the invoice has an amount of 27, 900. Why so?
I called up Indiaplaza and told them to either deliver the package at my door step or take the phone back and refund me the money.
But they are not co-operating at all. Its been 4 days and all Indiaplaza customer care tells me is that "They will get back to me with an update". But they have NOT got back to me yet. I had also opened a ticket with them and there hasn't been any update in the ticket as well. I've made several phone calls without any result.
