I ordered for one HB leather head phone wide order no. IN2810112042 dt.28.10.11.After waiting for more than 11 days I received it by first flight couriers. It was a damaged piece. Complained to custumer support and as per instuctions I sent back the head phone toINDIA PLAZA, BANGALORE OFFICE.through DTDC courier wide way bill no. B77902294.dt.12.11.11.they have given me a ticket no. CNT161424483213116. India nplaza promised me that it will resolve my querry in two days. Since then I contacted custemer care centre more than 11 times but no action, Till today 4.00 pm I did not got replacement of my head phone. I do not know what to do. I have clearly requested in my querry that if that foolish vender does not have the phone let him refund my amount for which no responce. Expecting early RESOLUTION and oblige. ThanQ with regards.
