I had placed an order with Indiaplaza.in for a Kindle reader vide order no. IN2006110439 and made payment for the same through my credit card on 20.06.2011. I was advised at that time that the product will be delivered to me within 10 days. However the product has not been delivered to me till today, 16.07.2011. I have repeatedly contacted them and the only reply I get is that they are looking into the matter. Though I requested them to cancel the order and refund the amount to me, they are refusing to do the same. They are neither refunding my money nor are they delivering the product. Their customer care center being in Bangalore, I have to make an STD call every time and thus am incurring substantial amounts as call charges. They do not reply to any complaints that I lodge through their website. Please assist me to recover my money together with interest and damages for wilful delay in refunding my money and consequent mental agony caused to me.
