I HAD ORDERED FOR A MOBILE HANDSET BLACKBERRY 9630 TOUR MODEL TO INDIATIMES SHOPPING .COM. I PAID THE AMOUNT OF RS. 14289/- (ALONG WITH ADDITIONAL POSTAL CHARGES) BY CHEQUE NO 0007672 DATED 14/03, FROM H.D.F.C. BANK, J.P. ROAD BRANCH, MUMBAI 58.
I RECEIVED THE HANDSET BY COURIOR ON 26/03. UNFORTUNATELY THE PRODUCT WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY SO I IMMEDIATELY INFORMED THEM REGARDING MY PROBLEM.
I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE PRODUCT FOR REPLACEMENT AND THE SAME WAS SENT BACK TO THE COMPANY. AFTER CONTINOUS FOLLOW UP I RECEIVED A MAIL ON 25/04 THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCELLED AND I WOULD BE GETTING THE REFUND OF MY MONEY WITHIN 6 WORKING DAYS.
ON 29/04 I RECEIVED THE SAME FAULTY MOBILE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT.
IMMEDIATELY I EMAILED THEM AND ASKED WHY THE SAME MOBILE HAS BEEN SENT BACK AND WHY MY REFUND AMOUNT HAS BEEN SENT AS PROMISED WITHIN 6 DAYS?
TODAY AGAIN I HAVE RECEIVED AN EMAIL THAT MY REFUND IS IN PROCESS AND IT WILL TAKE FIVE DAYS MORE.
FROM THE ABOVE IT IS CLEAR THAT THEY HAVE WASTED MORE THAN A MONTH FOR ALL THIS PROCESS AND ARE JUST PROMISING ME MY REFUND. AND NO ONE KNOWS WHY THE SAME FAULTY PEICE HAS BEEN SENT BACK TO ME.
I REQUEST YOU TO HELP ME GET MY MONEY REFUNDED TO ME IMMEDIATELY
