Though my overall experience itself is bad; this complaint is strictly about order no 3001063043 (April 5). I ordered a PC Game and they sent me a XBox one. After this the pain started. I called logged a ticket; they said they'll pick it up soon,
Nothing happened for a week, checked again; same reply with assurence. Again nothing happen. Finally escalated it, now its 7 days after escalation. Escalation told me to pick it in 2 days; I wonder where to complain about escalation.
So all in all ordered on 5th April, today is 13 May. More than a month. Several communication and no result.
My advice; even though they are offering coupons; which at first seems lucrative; STAY AWAY from them. The mental pain they cause to a customer is huge.
I am going to persuade it for sure. Lets see how many days more it continues.
