2months after purchase still goods not delivered

I had made a purchase for mobile accessory from india times shopping on 27.12.2011 via order no-30000042758 but till date the same has not been delivered to me. I had also wriiten twice to their customer care but till date not resolution has been done. request to please act upon my complaint at the earliest or get my transaction refunded.
