Ordered a mobile but not deliverd till today

I ordered a business dual sim qwerty mobile on 19 feb vide order no 2001002181930506... it was suipposed to be dispatched by aramex courier no 5413823601 on 03 mar but till today it has not reached me... they said that thye have canceled the same... without informing me...

they are cheating piblic with all this nonsens please take up the matte
