Faulty mobile phone and not cancel my orde

Dear sir

i am ANOOP SINGH LODHI from noida.i have purched a used sony Ericsson w 800i mobile phone on 21 dec from india times through the internet with my internet banking service (ICICI Net Banking (FT No:- 0133840140) with RS 3560. order no. is 112096097and item no.is this 2440780.i have recived this mobile on 4th january.this mobile have many fualt like camera is not woriking, memory card also broken. so i complaint this to concern.they say to sending this mobile to MNV Collections (101284) india times shopping and i done the same on 11th january with my own expsnse (160 Rs).after that i calling to india times cusomer they said to cancelation to order no. and i requst to cancel the order on 23 jan .requst no is this 105039.after some time i recived a new requst no.is this 130197.after it requst no.is 150314.i have spent approx 500 Rs till now to calling the india times shopping. but i have not recived any response frome there.

so please solve this problum as soon as possible and refund my money with my corrier expense 160 Rs. and call charge expense
