In December I have purchased a brand new mobile blackberry 8830 from www.Indiatimesshopping.com. They delivered my mobile in one week. When i started using it then its software got corrupted. i submitted my complaint in customer care, they advised me to courier the handset to the given address of the vendor. i did the same. Ten days later i got the mobile again but this time it was any other second hand mobile with the box and the accessories of the previous one. Also its memory card slot and mike was not working. Then i filed a complaint again in customer care, they said that we will arrange the pickup of your freight to the vendor and after that u just update the AWB number in customer care then we will refund your money. But they have not arranged the pickup. Even they have not refunded the charges of courier which i did to their given address. i fed up of dialing the no. of customer care. They just give me a reference no. and say “sir your mobile will be picked up by the courier boy with in 24 or 48 hours.
Please do something. i want my money back. These are the details of my order.
