I purchased a Blackberry handset via order number 112997974 in May. The handset was delivered after 3 weeks, and that too after calling up several times.
Right from the start, the battery was very weak. I had to charge it at least twice day to be able to talk. And the phone used to reset itself at least once a day. It would switch off and switch on by itself.
Then after a month, the trackball became unresponsive and now the phone is totally dead. I registered a complaint with the customer care on the 4th of July. My complaint code is 262337.
I have not received any response from them so far.
I wrote to the operations head again, and yet there is no response.
I have demanded a complete refund or a total replacement from Indiatimes.
I have just written my complaint here... I dont know how this will be taken further
