Hi,
I ordered a Bajaj Iron on 8 Jan at Indiatimes shopping. My order number 30000048605.
I waited for 20 days for the arrival of the product and at last had to shoot them a mail regarding non delivery of product.
After that they called me saying that the Iron was out of stock and now they have shipped it, and that I would get the same in 4-5 days. They didn't had the courtesy to tell me that before I send the mail.
Again after 2-3 days, I got a call that they are unable to deliver, so they would refund me in 3-4 days.
Now its over 10 days, and I haven't got the money back yet!
What kind of cheaters are they?
Do we need to tell them how to carry out their own business?
This is customer satisfaction that they are offering?
