Had purchase mobile handset from India times shopping reader, s offer. Order no. 1000032699. Then because of some problem in handset sent for replacement by my own courier dated on 11/01, but still not i have received any handset on my address. whenever giving call to their customer care no, they are saying their system updation is going on, will reply very soon. but still not any call came from their side. Thats why i am registering my complaint.
