Non delivery of product

Dear sir,

i had booked a mobile phone through bag it today offer. the booking id is 679000140. later on the product was cancelled and refund was to be made but still the refund has not been made since 3 months. the payment was done through credit card. kindly look into the matter for resolving the same.
