Not receveid the order nor recvied the refund

I had palced the order for spice mobile on 07-01 the order no was 30000047263 till time i had not recvied the order nor i had recvied the refund for the same whenever i call up the customer care they tell that it will be refunded with in 6 to 7 working days i am following the same from past three months logeed several compalint written mails also but no reply till time
