Late Delivery and No intimation from Company

I have purchased a Philips Food Processor. My Order no. 30000069541 placed on 27.01.2012. I should have received the item last Friday 3.2.2012 but till date when I checked my order on Indiatimes shopping website no despatch status reflected.

I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care for 2 days and have also left a message on their IVR but reply or email from the company.

I have purchased so many products online from Infibeam, Flipkart etc. and I must state that their delivery schedule is upto the mark. I thought by shopping online at Indiatimes which is group of Times of India expected that the items would be delivered on time. But am very dissappointed. I wanted to make another purchase but am in two minds now.

Times Group being the largest media conglomerate and cannot provide good services to the people.
