Mera naam yogesh sharma hai.maine 12 may ko indiatimes ke madhyam se smart duel phone ka order diya tha.18 may ko mere pas derlivery aayi.par usme smart duel phone ki jagah gnine ka handset tha.maine uski complait indiatimes ke customer care me ki.unhone mujhe 15 din ka time diya or kaha ki 15 ke andar aapko aapka poduct mil jayega par usse pahle aapko product ko indiatimes k address par pahuchana hoga.maine 20 may ko product deliver kar ke unko update karwa diya.daily main jb bhi phone karta tha to kaha jata tha ki sir aapka product hme mil gya hai.2 june ko unki taraf se call aayi ki sir aapne jo product bheja tha wo hme mila hi nhi.2 june ko hi maine order cancel karwa diya.unhone kaha ki shaym tak hamari taraf se aapko call aayegi or aapko aage kya karna h wo bta diya jayega.but aaj 3 june tak bhi unki koi call nhi aayi.or jab bhi main call karta tha to hold pe dal k dubara call ko uthate nhi the.14 may se 25 may tak mere exam the jo is problem ke chalte kharab huye hai or is time main mantly disturb hu.mujhe kuch samajh nhi aa raha ki main kya karu.plz help me.
