I have purchased a HTC 7 surround mobile from deal & you and it sold by Infinity Global Inc. (Hyderabad) H.no.1-6-39/70 Sri Venkat Sai Nagar Colony Venkatapuram Secundrabad Rangareddy-500015 when opened the box there was no instruction manual, no handsfree, and handset was looking like a used phone. Now phone is giving me 3 hours battery backup and no one is listening to my complaints.

Please help me out in this.
