My Nokia 6300 handset had a LCD problem and I took it to Infotel Services (1, Ekdalia Road, Kolkata-19) which is an authorised nokiacare centre. The handset was submitted there on 01.04.2010 and was promised to be returned on 02.04.2010 (Jobsheet no.100401/41). However on calling up the next day I was told they do not have the LCD and it would require some time. They promised me to let me know by the next week. However two weeks passed and on calling them up every time i got the same response that it would take some more time. Finally on 22.04.2010 the handset was returned to me against a bill that amounted to Rs. 1891. But from the very next day the handset started showing the same problems. It was submitted again and again for two times, but the problems recurred. I have finally decided to take the handset to some other centre. But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and utter misbehaviour and harassment of customers. I had come across other customers as well who had to go through similar ordeal.
