POOR AFTER SERVICE /RUDE ATTITUDE TO THE CUSTOMERS

I purchased a mobile from M/S Intouch planet, Sadhnagar, Palam before 09 months. It is observed that the promise about the warranty and after service this agency gives is only for purchasing the item (Business). The proprietor Mr Manish took my handset for repair in which the promise made by the proprietor but took about one month to sendit to the service centre (Janakpuri) where they take only one day to repair it during warranty period. I waited for the service of this agency as the proprietor promised me any complaint u can give to his shop and we will get it repaired/replaced with in two days or maximum a week. I HAVE BEEN MADE TO WAIT FOR ONE MONTH submitting my hand set (LG GM 200) on 29 th day to the service centre and keeping on telling me u will get with in two days during this period not only causing financial loss in the form of travelling upto Janakpuri to get my hand set repaired but also making minimum 20 calls from my mobile to him and ridiculing attitude from one of his staff Mr. Rahul. This Agency do not provide or meet the customer satisfaction/service which they agree with a smile while purchasing any mobile/electronic item as my experience says. No customer should fall to the promise and one way cheating or ridiculing attitude of this agency.
