I purchace a ephone ultra slim multimedia cell from naaptol.com when i recive 1st it's display not work properly i call the naaptol call center and note down the complaint but nobudy reply, 2nd time i call and i tell ur IEMI no of cell is not valid they told me we r reply asap & say we call you after some time and give u a address of naaptol service center address u will send phone at address but nobudy call us second time not action, pls do the action
