I placed an online order of ipod with 100bestbuy.Com through my credit card for rs 499
as the company policy promises to deliver the I-pod within 14 days of the order.
My 1st complaint is regarding the amount which was charged from my credit card account, it was charged twice leading in a deduction of rs 998.
2nd complaint is related with the delivery within due timelines.
When I wrote the mail to [email protected] (the ID given for contact) on 14th july I.E. After waiting for 40 days.
I got a response back that my amount will be refunded back as the product was not delivered within due timelines.
But till today I.E even after 90 days, I still haven't received my money back, inspite of my repeated reminders from time to time. Its very bad on the part of the company.
