I have an Aquagaurd water purifier bought in 2002 in Delhi. The model is classic and i have been regular as far as maintainence is concerned and recently after getting posted to Gorakhpur i got AMC done. My whole family has not been keeping well so i got the water from my Aqugaurd tested and was shocked to see loads of gut bacteria at very high unexpected levels. I contacted the local Eureka forbes guys 2 weeks back and they took water in non sterile bottle inspite of me telling not to do so. I was given 4-5 days by them for a decision and since then there was no communication from these guys. In i have been calling them up regularly but everytime they give some excuse or the other. In fact other day they told me that this model doesnt remove bacterias and i should buy the RO model from them.
When it comes to selling their product they really keep calling you day and night and now suddenly there is all silence from the other end.
I must say a very pathetic after sales service. Tomorrow if i buy a RO from them and it gives similar problem, i guess these guys will suggest to me to go for something costlier. There is no limits i must say. After all its not their money which is at stake i guess. I hope those guys at Eureka Forbes do something about it.
