Service not satisfactory

I purchased an 1.5 Tonns AC split on 07 Apr from

LG dealer Doordarshan=II, Barasat, Kolkata- 700124.

And company offered 03 free services (two dry and one wet) on 15 mar I registered for the wet service, and the Service Engineer came at the evening and after

dusting up the AC said pl sign the service completion report, then I asked what is the wet service, then he sprade some water on the outdoor unit and said this is wet service. I asked him that pl check the gas and all other function, but he refused, Then I wrote on the service completion report that service not satisfactory.

but no response from the company. Pl do the needful. regards. Dinesh K Biswas.
