I, Suresh Pai one of your valued customer first bought LG TV in 2003 I was very happy by your service and also by your product I also insisted my friends to buy LG TV. Then I bought another LG product Automatic Washing Machine in 2005 which has also given me good result, so I felt in love with LG products and there after I always tell my friends & relatives to buy LG products due to Good result of products and also very good service whenever they take my opinon. Then in 2009 I went for your another product without thinking of any other company. I bought two LG split A/C, one of 0.75 tons and other for 2 tons for my Res. But sorry to say that your 0.75 tons A/C in last 400 Days I have not used even 40 Days and the service provided by you is very very poor. The A/C was mostly lying in your workshop most of the time especially in April & May when it has a maxmium utilisation. Being an electronic product I do agree that even the new piece can be defective so I even told your Service Centre to replace the piece but they went on repairing sometime Gas leak or some other time some other fault they even replaced the compresser but of no use. Last month they again took full set of A/C and brought it after almost 20 days without pluge and now condition of these A/C is that it looks very old (some 3 to 4 years old A/C) as everywhere they have used taps and they told that they had forgetten to bring the pluge and they will be coming tomorrow but Sir 6 days have passed nobody is bother to give service.
So I am asking you as a customer, Is this the way to treat your customers???
The problems which I have faced during this-
1) Mental depression during my children’s exams
2) Loss of money (phone charges & petrol of my car
3) Wastage of time during exams
4) Violation of consumer right (right to be informed)
Etc etc etc...
On the above facts I can & I want to file a case against LG and the dealer for depression.
Actions I want from company's side-
1) Replace my ac immediately (.75 ton 5star BAA ratings)
2) Take strict actions against Mr. Manish and Mr. Amit.
So, I request you to look into the matter personally.
