1. I got videocon washing machine vna811 repaired through authorised service center in Fec water pressure switch was replaced which was not of same model hence did not work properly on each of the water level position. Safety switch is also required to be replaced.
2. A cash payment of Rs.875/-(rupeese eight hundre and seventy five only) was made for which no reciept has been provided so far.
3. Mr. Ajay and Mr. Ramesh as detailed by Mr Pandey i/c Service center bareilly, attended to the complaint, have visited twice, have not been able to put the equipment in working. inspite of asking for the bill for the payment made no bill and cash reciept has been provided.
