My mobile connection number is 9995447595. I converted my connection from post paid to pre paid on 06 August. After that, I am unable to make an outgoing call. The only outgoining call that I can make is the company's customer care number 123. I made several complaints to the number and I was promised that the problem would be rectified in 5 working hours each time. However, till date (02 September) nothing has been done. My complaint numbers that I received as SMS are 081656134 dated 16/August, 0814098542 dated 14/august, 0813058460 dated 13/august and 0811092969 dated 11 August.
