Voltas Vertis plus Air conditioner
Air conditioner is not working since first day & even on complaining only got reassurance but till now no one has viisited to repair the AC

I bought 1.5 Ton Window AC of Voltas Vertis Plus ten days back but

still i am unable to use it. As its fan was making noice thus i made a complaint on

31st March (Complaint No. 10MR3104455) but till date nobody has visited me. I

was assured that an engineer will visit me within 24 hours, which lateron they said

will visit by Monday i.e. 5th April but till now i dont have any clue of who

will visit. Kindly help me in this regard
