After month not recieved hand set

Sir,

i give my hand set for reparing on 15feb. but till date i have not recieved.

Even contact your call centre not response proper and many time contact with service centre is not answar properly. All these reason i do legal action if i not recieved my handset or new one. Even i call "Mr. Wamiq" but not attend.
