Atta chakki is not working

Sir i have bought a atta chakki on 3rd of november and it is not working without a single use by us. i told to shopowner then he replied the he will sent a man who will repair it. but he hasnt sent any man to repair it.

now he replied that it is not my responsibility. you came at my shop and bought it your own risk. i cant sent any man to repair it. sir what to do
