Dear sir, i got a wrong bill from bescom bangalore, i gone to bescom office, they given me a mobile no., i called on that no., the no. is 9972218957 he assured me that he will give me correct bill on 23.12.11, when he didnt not come i called him on 24.12.11, & he started abusing me & scolding me, so as a consumer where i should go?
