Product not received after payment made

Dear sir/madam,

With immense grief I want to state that I am not at all happy with the service you provide, rather it has put me into a big trouble.

Actually, as per your products advertisement published in “vijay Karnataka” dated 23.02.10, I ordered one “Ultra Sexy Ultra Slim Touch Screen Mobile” on 24.02.10. As per your advertisement you assure the shipment of product within 10 days but I have not yet received the product and the worst thing has happened that the amount to be paid for the product has been made. It is already more than one month passed and I am completely harassed calling your customer care dealers now.

Now I am tired of it. I called the customer care many times and sometimes they say that the money I paid has not been reached, sometimes they say that your order no. is incorrect. Nobody comes up with the solution.

I don’t need the product now; please CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN THE MY MONEY.

Please look into the matter seriously for the best way out soon.
