I had handed over my samsung mobile model no. C-3011 in your gallery at shop no.4, Jagar CHS- Tai Pingle chowk, Dombivli (East). as the same was dead. The warranty of the said cell expires on 27.11.2012.

The concerned engineer returned the cell duly repaired on 28.07.2012. However I was shocked to see that the model no. was changed from C-3011 to C-3010. I would like to know why the software of the cell is changed without my permission. Also the IMEI no. is changed from 358426040604675 to 35298304527206 . I feel that this is very serious & may put me in trouble. The changed software may be of any criminal or the earlier software could be used for any criminal. I have not returned the job card duly signed to the service centre.

The concerned authorities have neither taken due cognisance of the letter nor any action is taken in the matter

My father in law was admitted to the hospital for 15 days & expired on 16.8.2012. However I could not contact my relatives because all the phone nos. are blocked in the cell & the cell is not returned to me even after one month duly repaired till date.
